Delivery Info
I aim to get all orders sent soon after the order and cleared payment has been received. However being a small business with stock constantly coming in and out every day, I might find I need to order in. I can order in most items within a few days so it still shouldn't take me long to post it. If I find there's a problem and it will take longer than a week to send, I will email you to let you know. Some big online sellers might be able to send an order faster, so instead I try to be more competitive where possible on the price.

Below is a list of delivery options available. The delivery charge is per order so no matter how many items you buy, it's just that one delivery charge! The delivery time is the time it is expected to take to reach you once the order has been mailed in business days (i.e. excluding weekends and national holidays)

Returns Policy
If once you've received your order you have changed your mind and would like to return it, please e-mail up to 30 days after delivery with your return request. Please note however that all CDs, DVDs, Tarot Cards and Oracle Cards need to be unopened and still sealed in cellophane. Books need to be in brand new condition with no signs of wear.

Once your return has been received, I will process a refund for the original amount you paid including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery with tracking in which case you will be refunded the standard delivery cost for your delivery zone). The cost of returning the item is at your expense. However, if I made an error with your order or your item is faulty, I will also reimburse your return costs. I will let you know where to send it (a UK address) and which service to use. When a faulty item is returned, I will send a replacement of the same title.
