Many times though orders will be mailed quicker than this - in the unlikely event we find that your order would take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Bought a gift for a friend and found they already have it? Bought it for yourself on impulse and realised you don't actually want it? Or have you simply just changed your mind? Whatever the reason, just e-mail us up to 14 days after delivery with your return request. Please note however that all CDs, DVDs and cards need to be unopened and still sealed in cellophane.
Once your return has been received, we will process a refund for the original amount you paid including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery with tracking in which case you will be refunded the standard delivery cost for your delivery zone). The cost of returning the item is at your expense. However, if we made an error with your order or your item is faulty, we will also reimburse your return costs. We will let you know where to send it (a UK address) and which service to use. When a faulty item is returned, we will send a replacement of the same title.
