Terms and Conditions
Please allow 1 to 2 days handling time for orders to be mailed. Please also note that some CDs are marked "Available to order and usually ships in 10 to 14 days". Many times though orders will be mailed quicker than this - in the unlikely event we find that your order would take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Below is a list of delivery options available. The delivery charge is per order so no matter how many CDs you buy, it's just that one delivery charge! The delivery time is the time it is expected to take to reach you once the order has been mailed in business days (i.e. excluding weekends and national holidays)
Before checking out, please ensure you have chosen the correct delivery zone to avoid any possible delays with your order.
After placing your order, you can request to cancel part or all of your order at any time before it is sent and receive a full refund for the cancelled items. (you will be sent an e-mail when your order is on it's way to you.) If your order has already been sent, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt - please see the returns policy below.
You can return your order or an item from your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Just e-mail us with your return request. Please note however that all CDs and DVDs need to be unopened and still sealed in cellophane (for copyright protection reasons).
Once your return has been received, we will process a refund for the original amount you paid including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery with tracking in which case you will be refunded the standard delivery cost for your delivery zone). The cost of returning the item is at your expense. However, if we made an error with your order or your CD/DVD is faulty, we will also reimburse your return costs. We will let you know where to send it (a UK address) and which service to use. When a faulty item is returned, we will send a replacement of the same title. The refund will be processed to the same card or PayPal account used when you ordered. If payment information was taken over the phone, we will need to contact you for your card details again.
We take online payments through PayPal and Paypoint - you can choose at checkout the payment method you prefer. Whichever method you choose, you will be taken securely to PayPal or Paypoint's website. We do not have access to the payment details you enter. If credit or debit card details are ever given to us over the phone, your payment information is destroyed securely as soon as payment has been processed. We do not store any credit or debit card details.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any information about you with any 3rd parties and do not store any payment information.
